Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SarhOnline, operated by Sarh International Consulting and Training Company (Limited Liability Company), trading as Sarh International for Consulting & Training. By using the platform or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your account

• An account belongs to one person. It may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account.
• The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent.

Device limit and account sharing

The content here is paid for, and shared accounts take from the students who pay. So:

• Each account may register a limited number of devices. You can manage them on your "My Devices" page.
• We watch for sharing signals — for example sign-ins from many devices or locations in a short window.
• We may suspend or close an account where sharing is clear, without a refund.

Content and what you may do with it

The questions, explanations, books, courses, flashcards and everything else on the platform are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study, for the length of your subscription only.

You may not:

• Copy, photograph, record, republish, sell or share the content by any means.
• Use it for teaching or commercial training without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to extract content or to work around our protection measures.

Subscriptions and payment

• Access runs for a fixed period, starting when the subscription is activated.
• Prices are shown in the store and may change; a change does not affect a subscription already running.
• Taxes and fees, where they apply, are as shown at purchase.
• When the period ends, access to the content stops. Your progress history stays on your account.

Refunds

A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that:

• no e-book or downloadable material has been downloaded;
• no mock examination has been started; and
• no more than 10% of the included videos or question bank has been used.

Your legal rights concerning defective, unavailable or materially misdescribed services are unaffected. Refunds do not apply to accounts closed for breaching these terms.

Free trials and samples

We may offer a free trial or a limited sample of certain content. These are granted once per account, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. The platform is a preparation tool; the outcome depends on your work and on the examining body.
• We do not award the certifications. CIA, CPA, CMA, JCPA and others are administered and awarded by their own independent bodies. Those names and marks belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for them.
• Certificates of completion issued by the platform show only that you finished a course with us. They are not a professional accreditation.
• Allam, the AI assistant, can be wrong. Do not rely on its answers alone for a study or career decision — always check the official source.

Acceptable use

• Be civil in the forum and in comments; nothing abusive or unlawful.
• Do not attempt to break into, disrupt, or access other people's accounts.
• Do not upload leaked exam material or anything protected by someone else's rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may delete your own account at any time from your account settings.

Changes to the service and these terms

We develop the platform continuously and may add or change features. We may also update these terms; where a change is significant we will tell you through the platform or by email before it takes effect.

Limits of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the competent courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.
